Is this available in GCC? If not, why is it showing as available and turned on by default?

When I try to use the new message trace it get "User is not allowed to call Get-MessageTraceV2". I am both a Global Admin and an Org Admin in Exchange.

    Yes, can we get an answer to this? GCC tenant has new Message Trace enabled and turned on by default. So, every message trace, we have to manually toggle the new Message Trace to off before running a search.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have identified the issue and are currently working on disabling this feature for GCC tenants. It will be re-enabled once we are fully prepared for GCC.
