can someone please explain how to obtain this certificate. i have joined microsoft partner program to release app on microsoft store. but i really can't manage to get trusted signing certificate. it says i need entra id for this but when i try to create one then verification fails on any number i am stuck very badly in this. there is no simple process to do it.
