In my case the root cause ended up being that the source Oracle server was version 11g which is not supported in the new connector.
Instead, I am connecting to the Oracle data using ODBC connector going forward. Hope this helps someone else!

I was just wondering how you update your Integration Run time to 5.5. We have ours set to auto-update at 3 AM but its not been update and is still on Version 5.48 and says this is the latest version. We are in the East US 2 Region. When can we expect that to be upgraded? Or is there something we need to do to force and Upgrade. I can't see anything to download or a link to click to force an upgrade of it.

Hi SusanSwanger, I ran into the same issue, the auto-update didn’t trigger for me either. I had to RDP into the server (or VM) where the IR is installed and manually download and install the latest version.

Good to know thanks for the info. Wonder why the Auto Update wouldn't work? Perhaps some firewall issue blocking it? Would be nice to be able to see the logs. They claim you can see the logs, but I've only found a button to upload the logs to Microsoft. Probably have to go to the IR Server to get the logs too.
