Hi French6891
I see that you're asking about additional responses, but I'm not fully clear on your ask. Would you mind clarifying please?

Are D365 Customer Voice 'Additional Response' licenses still available to purchase?
These packs added on 1k of extra responses per license.
As described in the MS documentation:
One additional license, Dynamics 365 Customer Voice Addl Responses, costs $100 and allows you to receive 1,000 responses per month at a tenant level. This means that everyone in the tenant can use a total of 1,000 responses. You can purchase the licenses in bundles of $100 as required. So if you purchase one Dynamics 365 Customer Voice Addl Responses license (for a bill amount of $1,200), you'll get 12,000 responses (12 × 1,000) annually. If you purchase two licenses of $100 each per month for a year (for a bill amount of $2,400), you'll get 24,000 responses (12 × 2,000) annually.
I can no longer find these on my price files and when asking my product team they have looked into the Microsoft Master Price File and can't see these.
Please advise.
Thanks

Thank you for clarifying.
A tenant with select Dynamics 365 enterprise products has 2,000 responses per month included at the tenant level (irrespective of how many seats the tenant has). If the free responses are exhausted, you can purchase additional responses by contacting Microsoft Support - Purchase Dynamics 365 Customer Voice and additional license | Microsoft Learn

- SusanGuy56Jan 30, 2024Copper ContributorWe are a CSP and can confirm that the Customer Voice Addin has been removed from the Microsoft price list. What has replaced it? I am not seeing a way to add more than the base allocation of 2000 responses.

Hello,
I appreciate the response.
Just to clarify, this point 'If the free responses are exhausted, you can purchase additional responses by contacting Microsoft Support - Purchase Dynamics 365 Customer Voice and additional license | Microsoft Learn'.
Is this only available to purchase direct through Microsoft OR is this also available for purchase through the channel Disti/CSP?
Kind regards- LicensingConcierge1Jan 16, 2024Former Employee
Hi French6891
First, I'd like to say that the term "free" is a poor choice of words...I should've said "included"
My understanding is that per the Microsoft Customer Agreement, you have three ways to purchase:
- Through a partner - As a Partner, once you're signed into Partner Center, you should use the Offer Matrix to guide you through the purchasing process.
- Self-serving via the Microsoft website - Pricing | Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Direct from a Microsoft salesperson - Dynamics 365 l Contact Me (microsoft.com)
Hope this helps!
