If you're unable to create a Logic App on a free Azure subscription:

    1. Check Quotas: Verify your free-tier limits under Subscriptions > Usage + Quotas in the Azure Portal.
    2. Switch Plan: Use the Consumption Plan for lower resource requirements.
    3. Upgrade: Consider upgrading to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription if limits are exceeded.
    4. Contact Support: Open a support request under Help + Support in Azure
  • How about this before contact Azure Support?

    • Try Different Regions:
      • Sometimes, certain regions might not have available quotas. You can try creating the logic app in a different region to see if that helps.
    • Use Consumption Plan:
      • If you're specifically trying to create a Standard Logic App, you might face limitations. Instead, try creating a Consumption Logic App which is less likely to run into quota issues.
    • Check Subscriptions Limits:
      • Verify if you’ve reached any resource limits within your free subscription. You can review your current usage and quota in the Azure portal.
    • Convert to Pay-As-You-Go:
      • If you’re still unable to resolve the issue, consider converting your free subscription to a pay-as-you-go model. This often removes the limitations imposed on free subscriptions.
