Need Help-- To Understand Learning Partner business
Dear Partners,
I am a Microsoft Learning partner since April 2023. I want to know what kind of services I an offer.
I have good connects in Universities in India, I can provide trainings and certifications to the students, however students and professionals are already getting free certifications from Microsoft.
Please help me with this query.

We have enrolled as microsoft Partner and our business profile is verified successfully by microsoft. But in Tax Profile, other document section, it only shows United states as country and doesn't load other countries. Tried multiple times and we are stuck, can you please suggest the way forward.- JillArmourMicrosoft

Yes, this requires a Partner Center escalation. When logged into Partner Center, look for the "?" in the top right corner and use that to open a ticket qrios.
debbieuttechtThanks for your response. Actually I got little occupied. I am trying to build my educaiton business. As of now we are provding- Microsoft Courses + Certification courses. Can you guide me, how can I make this business profitable.
There are different offerings by Microsoft- Students can get certification voucher from Challenges, Events and from Learning Partners like us. If a student can earn a certification exam voucher from Challenges, why would they buy from partners like us.

We can't provide information on a business model as every partner is unique. As a Training Services Partner (TSP) you are permitted to deliver official Microsoft training using Microsoft content and delivered by a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
Yes, there are programs and promotions coming out of various parts of the Microsoft business that may provide a certification exam voucher to a student. However, those are often specifically targeted and temporary. As a TSP, you are not required to buy / sell exam vouchers to deliver training.
