Successfully Completed MB- 800 Exam and I did not receive Certficate

Hi All
Successfully Completed My B-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant exam But I which I successfully completed on May 2, 2025. While I received my score report immediately after the exam, I have not yet received my official certification.
