Partner profile
Does anyone know who to talk fix your business profile on AppSource. We don't show up under a lot of filter options including country, 2 of our 3 designations, professional services and industries. It is really limiting the chance to be found.
I've talked to the support team and they've said it's based on algorithms and that not all partners will get profiled. Does anyone have a contact or ideas for how to impact the search results?
I've had this same issue and I found out it's because of terrible UX for the marketplace. It only shows up to 100 results per search or filtering, and it doesn't indicate that there are more. I have put in the feedback through the partner portal several times - the limit is unnecessary and there should be pagination that goes until the results are depleted.
Basically, as long as you know your listing details are correct, and you still aren't showing up, it's because you are showing up past the first 100 results based on their 'algorithm'.
The way I confirm this is by narrowing it down to zip code or city and then we will show up.
