Mar 27, 2024Updating a field from outlook using "copilot for sales" integrated with Salesforce CRM scenario
Hi,
If a contact/opportunity field is being updated from outlook and once submitted, SF rejects the update due to some validation rules he has configured in SF (could be some dependency rule for example). How does it reflect in outlook? Do we see an error message in outlook for the failure of this update? Maybe the SF error message is being sent back to outlook as a popup message?
Please clarify...
