Disney plus app suddenly on volume display
I dont have disney plus, suddenly using keyboard keys to attempt to resume a video on youtube (with only youtube tabs open) it keeps pausing and playing a disney plus thing that does not exist. Ive never used disney plus in pc here. Just started today. Ideas?

Did you install the app on your computer?
Even if you never used Disney+, maybe it was installed or some update caused its overlay to activate, especially if you have other streaming apps or Windows features.
Look for any Disney+ related processes running in the background. Sometimes, even if you haven't launched the app, a leftover process can cause issues. Your task manager (often accessed by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc or a similar key combination) should show you running programs. If you see something related to Disney+, try ending the process.
