Similar to Desktop, Server editions of Windows. The device will attempt to write the crash dump locally, and then automatically reboot. When you reconnect to Windows 365 everything will be exactly as it was before the interruption.

If the device cannot be domain joined, then how does one access files on an on-premise server?

Windows 365 Link has to be Entra ID joined to join your tenant, but the Cloud PC you are accessing via Windows 365 Link can be hybrid joined which should enable you to access AD and Entra ID protected files.

Yes.  There is one HDMI, one DisplayPort and one USB C port on the back of the device for you to plug in up to two monitors that run at 4K resolution.
