Can anyone help, please? We've rolled out sensitivity labels for emails and we're experiencing an issue with external recipients accessing downloaded attachments. In particular, when an encrypted email is sent externally (using a label which allows external access and giving Owner rights on the file), recipients can view the email body and open attachments but as soon as they download the attachment the downloaded file converts into an .xml file. We don't have this issue with PDF files.Solved681Views0likes8CommentsPL-200 Exam Success Story

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: This message couldn't be delivered because the sending email address was not recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this error is that the email address is, or was, suspected of sending spam. The most common reason to why organizations want to encrypt all email, is that they do not want to overwhelm end users with options and reduce the risk from mistakes.
