1403 TopicsDelay in Teams Proactive Notification Popups (Internal and Customer Impact)
We are currently experiencing an issue with Microsoft Teams, both internally and among our customers. Specifically, there is a noticeable delay in the appearance of proactive notification popups. In many instances, these notifications are delayed by approximately 5 to 10 seconds after the triggering event using ms botframework sdk. This issue affects the responsiveness of our Teams-based applications and workflows, particularly in time-sensitive use cases. The delay has been observed consistently across different environments, which suggests it may not be limited to a specific configuration or network. We would appreciate your assistance in investigating this matter. If there are any known issues, recommended diagnostics, or configuration adjustments that could help mitigate this behavior, we would be grateful for your guidance. Thank you very much for your support.Solved75Views0likes5CommentsRegular mobile phone call forces Teams meeting in desktop app on hold - how to disable?
Hello everyone, I was in a large Teams meeting on the desktop application. My desktop is connected to a Microsoft Teams-certified Jabra Evolve2 65 headset. I then received a regular phone call on my mobile phone, which also has Microsoft Teams installed and is connected to my Teams-certified Jabra Evolve2 65 headset. I accepted the call on my phone, which is where I was called. I also accepted it on the phone in such a way that the phone was used as microphone/speaker (like a regular phone). However, accepting the call placed the large Teams meeting on hold. This cannot be happening again in the future. How do I prevent a normal mobile phone call from putting a Teams meeting on my desktop app on hold? I was later unable to resume the large Teams meeting, but that is a separate problem that does not need to be addressed (the meeting would "resume", but I was unable to see or hear the participants). The above problem is the one I want addressed - no holding of a Teams meeting on the desktop application upon receiving and accepting a mobile phone call. There are no relevant options available. Hello Microsoft Community, We are currently experiencing strange phenomena with our Teams hotlines. The agents are sometimes unable to dial into the call queues for several hours. In the Teams client, only the loading symbol appears when dialing in. I have already checked this on our Windows clients, the IOS app on our iPhones and on a Windows client outside our organization. Most of the time it doesn't work anywhere, sometimes it works on the Windows client outside our organization. Strangely enough, sometimes when the problem occurs, there is also the problem that certain voiceriders in the Teams Admincenter no longer load and also hang up. I can't really imagine that this is a general Microsoft problem. Do any of you have this problem or have you heard of it before? What else can I check? Do you have a solution for this? Hi I've downloaded a personal version of Teams and need to test it. However, the 'Test call' option is not available? I've tried 2 methods: 1) typing 'Test call' in the search bar and pressing enter - nothing happens when I do this! 2) going to Settings then Devices then checking for the 'Test call' option - but it's not there! I've attached what I can see when I got to Devices and what I should be able to see (from a video I watched online) I'm using Version 1.4.00.22472 (64-bit). Can anyone please advise?109KViews2likes16CommentsMicrosoft Teams Live Meeting Translation not working anymore as of July 3rd 2023.
What has just happened? Did you remove the option to translate from Microsoft Teams altogether?! We really need this option back - to be able to speak in one language, but for the receiving end to read the text in another language. Like from Japanese to English and English to Japanese. This is no longer supported. Could you please bring this feature back, and ideally, make it so that it works with individual settings, i.e. all text/speech is translated to English for me, whilst all text/speech is translated to Japanese for my counterpart?10KViews0likes2CommentsCommon area phone account presence
Hello Everyone, I have a few CAP accounts setup and only have them logged into Yealink MP54s. Most of them I notice the account status on the phone is Available (Green). However, I have a few that keep going to Yellow (Away). Is there a way to control the presence to keep them as Available? Or figure out why they keep going Away? I have them licensed with the Teams Shared Device license. I have the phones set to NOT go to sleep. When the phones go to Away, I can go into the settings and tap a few options, then they go back to Available. But I can't do that every day. These are part of a call queue that has to have Presence Based Routing enabled as it has a mixture of users and common area phones. Thanks for any info!5.6KViews2likes24CommentsWebinar on Customer Intelligence in Microsoft Teams

I am in the process of setting up Teams voice to replace an on-premises PBX. This is my first foray into voice systems and I could use some guidance. We still use a receptionist to answer incoming calls to our local and toll-free number. I'm trying to replicate current PBX call flow over to Teams Voice. Our current call flow is very simple. During normal business hours incoming calls ring on four handsets: Receptionist, Hall Phone, Conf Phone, Common Phone. If the receptionist is away from either of these phones, another user can pick up a handset, select the flashing phone line, answer the call then transfer caller to another user or to voicemail. I have created the following Main Call Queue Resource account Main Line 123-555-4545 Toll Free Line 888-555-4545 Call answering: Reception User Common Phone Conf Phone Hall Phone Call timeout handling Max wait time 15 seconds Redirect call to Voice app MainCallTimeout (auto attendant) Is there a way to answer calls out of the call queue if any or all of the call agents are unable to answer an incoming call?Solved6.1KViews0likes7Comments
