Employment Verification endless loop of rejection. and cycle
We are stuck in this process like many other. We have major Apps showing unverified now with Major US Business, DOT and governmental agencies. We have supplied Invoices from AWS, ICANN, Registrar's and others and still rejected. Is there a way to actually work with a staff member to fix this issue. We, and the MS Partner Program looks pretty bad in our case.
No way to continue after Employment Verification with no indication of issue or how to fix
We want to add our app to the Microsoft Store, the submission is ready however we cannot submit until the account has been verified. In the Legal info section we have entered the company details and the process is stuck at Employment Verification. Under rejected there is a clickable "Things to take care" which I assume displays the issues we need to resolve but which on clicking just makes the page jump a bit. We have no way to know how to proceed. Has anyone else encountered this? We have create a ticket for help+support but a message appears saying "Not available for this support request." and a "There was a problem retrieving the support request details." . What can we do?

failed account verification at MS partner center
Hi, We want to use SSO with MS and thus I am trying to become MS partner. However I am stuck in the loop and kept failing this process like everyone else here. What they asked for: domain receipt with entity name on it. What we provided: domain receipt with entity name on it. I submitted a support ticket with Microsoft Support TrackingID #2401250040004380 for this issue and I don't feel like I am talking to a real human. I am getting identical responses 3 times in a row that is NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I have no idea what is the issue here and how we can fix this. If anyone could give us some directions, that will be very appreciated.Different documents have company names in different languages
Hi, My account is stuck at Employment verification stage, the customer support mentioned that I failed domain verification. I've seen some discussion about failed in verification because of different company name, so maybe I can get some help here. This is my situation: 1. the name I registered in my Microsoft partner is in English; 2. the name in domain profile and documents is in English; 3. the name in official business document is in Chinese; The names in different languages have the same meaning, and I'm hoping to figure out if this is causing my validation to fail, as I've failed four or five times without getting a specific reason.
