Updated May 29 🚨 MCT Renewal Tool Launching Soon! 🚨 The MCT Renewal tool will be released very soon. To ensure a smooth renewal process, please make sure you meet the following requirements: ✅ You have an active certification ✅ You have taught at least one class since your last renewal If you don’t meet both criteria, you will not be able to renew. 🗓️ Important: All MCTs who were active prior to May 2024 have been automatically extended until August 1, 2025. 🆕 New MCT Enrollments: We are still accepting new enrollments manually. SC-400 Exam Retake
Good Evening Microsoft Support, Hope you are well. On Friday I took exam SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection and Compliance Administrator on Pearson Vue online. The test was very different from the Microsoft practice exam. I paid $165 for the exam and felt that I was severely prepared. I would like to retake the exam, but do not think it is fair to have to pay for another exam seeing as it was nothing like the modules or the practice exams. I also would like to know what tools I could use for mastering the Pearson Vue exam better. Thank youNEW Copilot ILTs coming your way May & June!

Hi Can anyone advise. I'm a Microsoft trainer and have been prepping the new version of AZ500 which has so much new content. However, the MSLearn material does not reflect any of the new material, ie Microsoft Verified ID, Entra Permissions Management, Microsoft Purview. The MSLearn content definitely still follows the old course. There's also one slide on Microsoft Entra Connect - and then the lab in github is still doing that one, there used to be a whole section on Directory synchronisation. The same is true for Firewall, one slide now for the lab. So... do I teach my class this week, the new content or the old content. I looked at the exam objectives and they mention some of the new stuff, but when I look back I see the old exam objectives mentioned them as well, although it was never covered!! Is there a date that maybe MSLearn material will be updated and reflect the new instructor content?
Achievement Code Request not available in UAE
Hi Team, we are facing issues in our UAE Region to create Achievement Codes for our classes next week. It is only in this region where we are missing the Achievement Code button at the moment. Other countries working well. Can you please immediately advise back if there are any issues or any workaround to solve this issue? Thanks for your support! Diana
