Update on MCT Manual Enrollment Process
Training Services Partners, Existing and New Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs), and ISCPs We know it’s been a long road—over a year of manual MCT enrollments—and we sincerely apologize for the delays. Currently, onboarding is booking several months out. 💡 Need to teach before your scheduled onboarding? If it’s urgent, email mctprog@microsoft.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. ⚠️ Please note: Escalation grants limited access—you’ll get into the MCT Lounge, Learning Download Center, and labs. However, Visual Studio and discounted exams will only be available after full onboarding, which takes ~2 months from your onboarding date. 🔧 We do not yet have a timeline for when the automated enrollment tool will be restored, but we’ll keep you posted. ✅ In the meantime, please continue working with your ISCP to get onboarded as an MCT. Thank you for your patience and continued dedication to the MCT program. 💙

Partner center verification status
Hi I'm assistant at the Qubitpilot company. We can't get partner status. Everything went wrong at the Accoutnt cerification status step- "Rejected". The "fix now" button is not active. We have written to support many times, called the Microsoft hotline, the problem has not been solved for 2 weeks. What should we do? We urgently need to solve this problem. We've open the tickets 3 times but they wer closed down or not answered.
Blocked from Migrating Entra App from Personal to Org Tenant (Production Use, Partner Account)
We’re a Microsoft partner with a verified organizational tenant and a live Outlook connector currently in production with a sizable user base. Unfortunately, due to historical setup, the Entra authentication app supporting this connector was registered under a personal Microsoft account. Microsoft support informed us that application migration between accounts is no longer supported, and directed us to the community for visibility and possible product escalation. What We’re Asking For: A manual reassignment or supported workaround for this authentication app to be transferred to our organizational tenant Or at minimum, guidance on how to support existing users during a parallel rebuild, with minimal disruption We understand this may be an edge case, but for partners with live customer-facing apps originally built under personal accounts, we believe there’s value in revisiting the policy — or offering a migration pathway. If there’s a path to escalate this to the relevant Entra or Commercial Marketplace team, we would sincerely appreciate that support. Thanks in advance.
Solution Deployment Issue
Hi all, We are currently trying to deploy a solution through Power Platform (PP), however we couldn't get it to work. Initially, we believed the issue to be a dataverse version mismatch. Therefore, with assistance with PP support, we updated the dataverse version so it is now aligned. However, this did not fix the issue. We keep receiving error codes, even when we try to deploy the solution manually. It states that we cannot add the workflow because it does not exist. Our ticket has now been passed to the PP solutions team for investigate. However, our project is now at a standstill while support look into the issue. We were wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before and if there is anything we can try in the meantime. Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
PL-300 exam cancelled
I gave my PL-300 exam through Pearson vue platform which was closed by proctor by alleging that I was cheating, I ensured the proctor that I am not cheating by any means but the exam window was closed by him even before I can attempt a single question, I raised this concern to Pearson vue support also, please provide resolution for this I want my exam to be rescheduled again.Join the Fabric Partner Community for this Week's Fabric Engineering Connection calls!

90 Days still no response
For 90 days they have been sending qr link. it gives an error, they close the ticket. I open it again, they send qr link again. but I already have partner and reseller authorisation, they only need to activate the developer. their minds do not even work that much, the same person, the same qr code but their system is so bad that it does not work. there can't be such terrible service. Effective July 1, 2025 Microsoft is introducing updated pricing for Microsoft Teams Phone and Power BI starting July 1, 2025. Currently, there are no pricing changes for customers who purchase Teams Phone or Power BI through Microsoft 365 E5 or Office 365 E5 annual term subscriptions with annual billing. TEAMS PHONE Teams Phone is enhancing communication experiences for organizations of all sizes. Over 20 million PSTN enabled users have turned to Teams Phone for its AI-powered features that enhance communication and keep organizations connected with improved management, reliability, and survivability. Starting on July 1, 2025, we're making the following changes to our per user pricing: Teams Phone Standard will be $4.00 per user, per month ($48.00 per user/year) Teams Phone with Calling Plan (country zone 1 - US) will be $12.32 per user, per month ($147.85 per user/year) Teams Phone with domestic calling (country zone 1 - UK/Canada) $5.10 per user, per month ($61.20 per user/year) This update marks the first price increase since Teams Phone launched in 2017. Hello, We went through the process of being registered as a Microsoft CSP Reseller. We followed all of the steps and finally got a green check mark but are not fully verified! Our Status says "Pending Qualification" and it has said this for about 3 weeks now. I have tried opening a support ticket and I get the same canned generic answer: "Thank you for your email. Thank you for your inquiry about your Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program account in Partner Center. Your MPN 6915438 and 6915439 is pending for Identity Verification. Please follow the below steps to get Identity Verification. Sign in to Partner Center, select Settings (gear icon) > Account Settings. Select the Legal info tab on the left. The Legal business profile section shows your Verification status in the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. Under identity verification, select Fix Now. Install the Microsoft Authenticator app on your iOS or Android mobile device. Get your valid government ID, for example, a passport, a driver's license, or other national ID. The ID should be a physical form of ID that is current and up to date. Verify that the name on your ID matches either the Partner Center primary contact or your tenant username. Select Start next to a trusted partner. We still see that identity verification appears to be in progress. Please confirm if your account is now fully authorized so that we can proceed to close this ticket. If you're still facing any issues, kindly let us know—feel free to share a screenshot of the error so we can assist you more effectively." When I navigate to MS Partner Center > Account Settings > Legal Info my Verification Status is Authorized, but under "program info" my Indirect Reseller status is Pending qualification. There is no fix now button because we already verified! Someone please tell me what I have to do to resolve this, Microsoft support has been absolutely no help.TSI Partner Community Update | May 2025
